I think it's B -- oscillating terms and factorials. I can imagine cases where oscillating terms wouldn't pose a problem, iff you could pair successive terms to make a monotonically converging series.
The negative exponents are no problem; negative exponent continuous functions are a snap to integrate (and to differentiate, which is how you can remember the integral!!).
