Get them standing up and moving their bodies! Interactivity is key to an engaging Zoom performance. Raising hands, thumbs up/down, scale of 1-5 with fingers shown, are all great ways to have them answer questions as a group without having to come off mute.
Number each participant (i.e. #15-John Smith) so you can quickly call on people to unmute themselves to answer questions. This also helps avoid embarrassingly mispronouncing names.
Consider playing background music for portions of your presentation (Zoom allows this through the 'share audio' feature, any good coach can help walk you through how to enable this). This will keep the audience more engaged.
Pay attention to your vocal variety, particularly pacing, volume, and pitch, to keep the audience engaged and avoid a monotone delivery.
