In a convex polygon, the sum of the interior angles is (n-2)*180. If you were wondering about why, the sum of the exterior angles will always be 360, and the sum of the interior plus exterior angles is 180 n.
For a hexagon, n = 6, so (n-2)*180 = (6-2)*180 = 720
Add the angles and subtract from 720.
