Algebra Passenger Train Question

A passenger train leaves a railway station at 12:00 pm and travels 3 hours on the Northbound tracks. A second passenger train leaves the same railway station at 12:45 pm and travels 2 hour and 15 minutes on the Southbound tracks at a speed 20 kilometers per hour faster than the first train. At 3:00 pm the two trains were 360 kilometers apart. How fast was each train traveling?
