Basically what's gonna happen is since |sin x| ≤ 1 and x2 keeps growing indefinitely, since x2 is in the denominator this function is going to approach 0 as x approaches infinity. The oscillations of the function will gradually decrease as x grows large, getting closer and close to the x-axis.
