Consider the equilibrium system described by the chemical reaction below. Calculate the value of Qc for the initial set reaction conditions in 3.0 L container

Consider the equilibrium system described by the chemical reaction below. Calculate the value of Qc for the initial set reaction conditions in 3.0 L container: 0.105 M Ni(CO)₄, 32.0 g Ni, and 0.302 M CO.

Ni(CO)₄(g) ⇌ Ni(s) + 4 CO(g)

Based on the given data, set up the expression for Qc and then evaluate it. Do not combine or simplify terms.

Qc= ---- =

You may have your math wrong. Remember to do (0.105^4)/(0.302) not (0.105)(4)/(0.302) which is 0.0792 = Qc

Good catch. My bad. I wrote the Qc expression correctly and then inserted the wrong values. I will correct that. Thanks again.
