If the circle were of radius 1, then the angle of 140 would be proportional to the distance traveled, or
140/x = 360/2pi
Here, x represents the arc length on a unit circle and solves as x = (7pi)/9. So in this case the circle is just 16.5 times bigge...hence the answer is 16.5*7*pi/9
