Perhaps you meant to ask how to write copper(II) nitrate? If so, that would be Cu(NO3)2

J.R. S. is correct if you meant to ask for a chemical formula. An equation involves both reactants and products, and would require more information. On the off chance you want the formula for Copper(II) nitride, it would be Cu(II)3N, I believe.
