The population of a town has been growing, following the equation P=700t+5500, where t is years after 2010. The number of restaurants in the town has been growing according to the equation R=2t+35.

R/P = (2t+35)/(700t+5500)
for 2016, let t=6
R/P = (12+35)/4200+5500) = 47/9700
= about 0.005 restaurants per capita (per one person)
which is about 5 restaurants per thousand people
