Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
x^2 -20x +100 +91 = 7+100
(x-10)^2 +91 = 107
(take half the coefficient of the x term and squared it, then add to both sides, "complete the square")
(x-10)^2 -16 = 0
y= a(x-h)^2 + k where (h,k) = the vertex
y = (x-10)^2 -16, (10,-16) is the vertex
IF the '7" is a 7, the equation is in a form to calculate the zeroes or roots, where the parabola intersects the
x axis. where you could use the quadratic formula with a=1, b=-20 and c= 91-7= 84
UNLESS, by chance the 7 is a typo and was supposed to be "y"
y+100=x^2 -20x +100 + 91
y=(x-10)^2 - 9 where the vertex = (10,-9)
