I know the slope is y= -1/2 (2)+-1

But after that I'm lost.

(y+2)/(x+6) = -1/2

y+2 = (-1/2)(x+6)

y = (-1/2)x -3-2

y = (-1/2)x -5 where -1/2 is the slope and -5 = the y intercept
