A perpendicular bisector, Line CD , is drawn through point C on Segment AB.

If the coordinates of point A are (-3, 2) and the coordinates of point B are (7, 6), the x-intercept of Line CD is (3,0), (18/5,0), (9,0), or (42/2, 0), Point (-52, 141), (-20, 57), (30, -71), or (54, -128) lies on Line CD.

Please help I don't understand this.

No wonder you don't understand it! The problem is stated so poorly that neither can I understand it. Suggestion: re-read the problem and re-state it in clear terms....then maybe I or another tutor can help you.
