9865 would be one standard deviation above the mean. 50% of the value is below the mean and 34% is between the mean and one standard deviation above the mean. So total would be 84%

6405 would be 3 standard deviations below the mean. Only 0.15% of the data would be below 3 SD below the mean.

two standard deviations below the mean would be 9000 - 2*865 = 7270
