6.5% of adolescents have tried e cigarettes. n = 1,000. find the probability that more than 65 adolescents have tried e cigarettes.

Use normal approximation to binomial distribution:

mean = n*p = 1000 * 0.065 = 65

in normal distribution 50% of distribution is to the right of the mean, so 0.5 probability more than 65 have tried e-cigarettes.
