asked 02/01/21In Country X, citizens are looking forward to the upcoming elections. There is nothing written down, but traditionally everyone has the write to vote. Citizens will be electing a new president and legislature, as they have done every three years. Citizens are hoping that the new leaders will do something about the broken judicial system, because laws are not being enforced. Many citizens do not like that some candidates are from the unpopular ProNoise Party, but Country X has a strong tradition of respecting everyone’s rights.
A. Consent of the Governed and Constitution
B. Minority Rights and Separation of Power
C. Rule of Law and Minority Rights
D, Constitution and Rule of Law
