FeSO4(aq) + KCl(aq)
You need to know about single replacement, double replacement, synthesis, decomposition and combustion reactions. If you know those, you'll know this is a double replacement reaction.
You also must know your solubility rules. If you know them, you'll know that all the species in this reaction are soluble, i.e. FeSO4, KCl, K2SO4 and FeCl2. Therefore all the ions are spectators, and there is no reaction.
