just a guess, but maybe this is a parallelogram?
38 degrees would be = two opposite angles
the other 2 angles would be (360-72)/2 = 180-38 = 142 degrees
then angles 1, 2 and 3 would be 142, 38 and 142 degrees
with angle 4 = 38 degrees = x
