Molecules of X decompose to form Y and Z as given in the equation below. The rate of this reaction was studied at 200°C, and the data that were obtained to determine the order of the reaction were plotted as shown below. X → Y + Z

I'm unable to see the plotted data, but if it is ln[X] vs t and its a straight line, then it is first order in A. In this case, the slope of the line is = -k and the y intercept is the ln of the original concentration of X
If it is a plot of 1/[X] vs time, and its a straight line, then it's second order in A. In this case, the slope of the line give you the value of k and the y intercept is the reciprocal of the original concentration of X.
So, the things you can determine would be:
Order
rate constant (k)
original concentration
half life also because for 1st order it is 0.693/k and for 2nd order it is 1/[x]ok
