I will not do this for you, but I will tell you how to do it.
The circumcenter is the intersection of the perpendicular bisectors of the sides.
Start by finding the midpoint of each of 2 sides.
Remember: the co-ordinates of the midpoint of a segment are found as the average of the co-ordinates of the endpoints.
The you need to find the slope of the sides of which you have the midpoints.
The slope of the perpendicular bisector is the negative reciprocal of that slope.
Now use the point slope form to write the equation of each of the perpendicular bisectors.
Write each equation in the slope-intercept form and set them equal to each other.
The solution is the x co-ordinate of the circumcenter.
Use either of the 2 equations to get the y co-ordinate.
This is a messy nuisance to do, but it is NOT difficult.
