Explaining how to balance equations and name compounds is beyond my ability to fit everything in this response box. Please refer to that for step-by-step information on how to balance equations. You can contact me if you have any questions after looking it over and practicing the examples.
Naming compounds is an even longer discussion. Please check your textbook as it will have common examples of how to name a compound. Be aware that there are a lot of "functional groups," such as sulfate, carbonate, acetate, etc., that require some memorization. Sorry - I cannot help simply by typing in a lesson. There are too many aspects to consider.
