Keys to thriving and gaining great success in your career development plan:
1.) Seek a mentor, coach, tutor and/or expert in your areas of interest.
2.) Seek out books relating to the areas of your interest; adding to your reading list monthly and/or quarterly.
3.) Create a written plan of your future goals and vision. (FYI: Nothing is too big or small for you to achieve)
4.) Designate accountability partners to help you execute and implement your written plan.
5.) And don't forget to be confident and authentic in you and what you can achieve!
