Not sure what they'd say to each other. Perhaps, "let's get together". Or maybe "hey look...we're making water". But probably what the question is getting at, and there are certainly better ways to make the point, is that they are going to share electrons and form a covalent bond. So, what they might say to each other is ..

"Let's share our electrons and bond together to make a molecule of water".
