midpoint at (-1, -1)
slope is (0 - -2) / (-7-5)
= 2/-12
= -1/6
perpendicular has slope 6
B = y - mx = -1 - 6*(-1)
= -1 - -6
= -1 + 6
= 5
y = 6x+5

the bisector goes through the midpoint (-1,-1) average of the end point coordinates
a perpendicular line has slope = negative inverse of the line segment slope (0--2)/(-7-5) = -2/12 = -1/6 flip it upside down and change the sign to get 6
6 = (y+1)(x+1)
y+1 + 6x + 6
y = 6x+5
