Here are the relationships between pH, pOH, hydronium (H3O+) concentration and hydroxide (OH-) concentration.
pH = -log [H3O+]
pOH = -log [OH-]
pH + pOH = 14
pH = 14 - pOH
pOH = 14 - pH
[H3O+][OH-] = 1x10-14
[H3O+] = 1x10-14 / [OH-]
[OH-] = 1x10-14 / [H3O+]
[H3O+] = 1x10-pH
[OH-] = 1x10-pOH
The "boxed equation" is simply a diagram in the shape of a box that shows these various relationships. It's too difficult to draw that on this platform.
As far as the rest of your question, I have no idea what you are asking when you write....
H+ ______x______ or OH- 1x10-11________
What are we supposed to put in the blanks?
UPDATE:
If OH- = 1x10-11, what is [H+]? Maybe this is what they are asking for x.
[H+] = 1x10-14 / 1x10-11 = 1x10-3 M = X
If pH = 3, what is pOH
pH + pOH = 14
pOH = 14 - 3
pOH = 11 = Y

I’m honestly not sure either. It said in the lesson to provide the x and y values, but filling in the blanks the way it’s set up is confusing12/31/20
