Fe2+ reacted much faster than C2O42- when mixed into a reaction. What can you can do to slow down the rate of reaction of Fe2+? Explain in detail the method used to slow down the reaction rate.

I agree with J.R. S. that more information would be helpful.
In general, lower temperature will reduce reaction rates, as will higher pressure. But these depend on the specifics of the reaction. Is it endothermic or exothermic? Is a gas involved? Another approach is to reduce reactant concentrations or leave product concentrations high. These shift the rate to lower values.
