I think what is missing is this: line r and line s are parallel to each other.
Assuming this was accidently left off the problem. We proceed and notice the two angles in question are Alternate Interior angles, meaning they are equal to each other. So set the equations equal to each other, solve for x. If you ever need to find the angle of 6 or 4, you would then plug x value back into one of the two equations to find the total angle for 6 (and also for 4 since they are equal).
- -4x + 1 = x + 11
- 5x = -10
- x = -2
