Two ways to express Avogadro's Law are:
Equal volumes of gases have the same number of molecules (moles) @ the same temperature and pressure.
Equal moles of gases @ the same temperature and pressure have the same volume.
Now, without knowing your exact question, it's difficult to answer you precisely. If you know the mass and volume of a known gas, then you can relate these variables to an unknown gas as long as the temperature and pressure are the same.
