Applying Le Chatelier’s principle to the dynamic equilibrium that is present in the formation of ammonia from hydrogen and oxygen gas is the best way to increase production of the product, ammonia gas.
3H2(g)+ N2(g)←→ 2NH3(g) + 92.2 KJ
To push the reaction forward continually remove the ammonia gas remove the ammonia gas and heat energy produces as this decrease of concentration of ammonia coupled with the removal of heat causes the reaction in equilibrium to respond to produce more ammonia to try to re-establish equilibrium.
