AP/BP = 2/3 you assume the order pair of P is (a , b )

AP = a - (-8) PB = -3 - a --------> (a + 8 )/ ( -3 - a ) = 2/3 after cross multiplication you will have a = -6

one more time the ratio must calculate for y's

AP = b - 0 PB = 5 - b ----------> b / ( 5-b) = 2/3 after cross multiplication you will have b = 2

so P( -6 , 2)
