I just answered a similar question for you, but this one is unusual. The equation x = -5 is not a function: it is a statement that x = -5, no matter the value of y. It is a vertical line to and from infinity. A parallel line passing through (-2,6) would have to be x = -2. Not very exciting, but easy.

The red line is x = -2 (and passes through (-2,6), and the green is x = -5.
