The mean average is 98.05 and the standard deviation is 30.998259713461 < 31
I get these results from THREE different sources : excel spreadsheet, document script,
and online calculator
stats in the range (98-31, 98+31) = (67,129) are ABOUT 1 standard deviation from the mean average,
13 out of 20 of the stats lie within this range, which is 13/20 = 65%.
This is consistent with the Empirical Rule, which stats roughly 2/3 of the data lies within
1 standard deviation form the mean average.
