Just set t to 24 and plug that into the equation.
y= 230(2.7)1.92 etc. using your calculator
I get 1548.
another way would be to take the log of both sides
log(y) = log(230) + 0.08(24)log(2.7)
y = 10log(y) ≈ 1548
