Since it is a linear function you can find the slope from the first two points
m = Δy/Δx=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)=(1-(-5))/5-1=3/2
This slope is the same for any two points from the table.
y3-y2=m*(x3-x2)
y3 = y2+m*(x3-x2) = 1+3/2*(11-5) = 10
x4 = x3+(y4-y3)/m = 11+(22-10)*2/3 = 19
y5 = y4+m*(x5-x4) = 22+3/2*(45-19) = 61
