Cannot easily draw dot structures on this platform, but will describe them to you, so maybe you can draw them.
a) H has 1 valence electron. H+ has lost that electrons, so the dot structure for H+ is just [ H ]+ (no dots)
b) Li has 1 valence electrons. Li+ has lost 1 so has 0 left. Dot structure would be [Li ]+
c) Cl has 7 valence electrons. Cl- has gained 1 so now has 8. Dot structure is Cl with 2 dots on all four sides
d) O has 6 valence electrons. O2- has gained 2 so how has 8. Dot structure is O with 2 dots on all four sides
