Word problem involving the least common multiple of 2 numbers

Boris and Jane walk around a track. Boris walks each lap in 12

 minutes. Jane walks each lap in 8

 minutes. The two of them begin at the starting line at the same time. They walk until they meet again at the starting line.

How many laps does Boris complete?

How many laps does Jane complete?

How much time does it take for them to meet again at the starting line?
