If you're wanting to compute a binomial probability for a single event on a TI-83 you want to first Press 2nd --> VARS. That should open up a list of functions ... the one that you are after is named "binompdf" ... Then if you input in the parameters for number of trials (n), the probability of success (p), and the number of successes (x), separated by commas and press enter it should give you the value you're after!
If you’re doing cumulative probability it’s super similar you just choose "binomcdf" as the function instead of "binompdf"
