2y = -3x + 8
y = -(3/2)x + 4
Use the point-slope formula: y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - (-1) = -(3/2)*(x - 2)
y + 1 = -(3/2)x + 3
y = -(3/2)x + 2 → 2y = -3x + 4 → 2y + 3x = 4
