What percent of scores are above 400?

This sounds like maybe the score on SAT, college entrance admissions test

800 max, maybe 400 mean? But they do a combined score, verbal & math, 1600 max and about 1060 mean. That would be 530 mean, approximately.

400 would be 130 below the mean, over 50% above 400, maybe 100 = standard deviation? at least 34% between 400 and 530, meaning at least 84% above 400.

Just a rough guess, on all points of this problem.
