The turning point of f(x) will be at (-5, -7) for the following reason.
The function f(x) is a transformation of h(x) in two ways.
First it negates the y-value, which does not change the x-position of the
tuning point, only negates the y-position.
Second, it adds 2 to the x-value, which shifts the graph by 2 to the left.
