You can use (1/2)bh for all those, where bh = base*height, where the height is also an altitude dropped down to form a 90 degree angle
1) Is an Isosceles Right Triangle, the height=base
2) Height is dropped down to the center of the base to form a 90 degree angle
3) Height is dropped down from a point outside the triangle to the base to form a 90 degree angle
