I think the answer is A.
Heat capacity is how much energy it takes to raise the temperature by 1 degree based on mass.
They told us that mass is the same, so we don't need to worry about the mass.
They told us that B gets hotter which means it takes less energy to raise the temperature than A does.
Therfore, the heat capacity of A is greater than the heat capacity of B.
