Thus, let

A = roll greater than 2 on white die and 4 on the green die

B = roll greater than 2 on green die and 4 on the white die

Then, P(A ∪ B) = P(A) + P(B) - P(AB) = 2/3 * 1/6 + 2/3 * 1/6 - 1/6 * 1/6 = 7/36
