(1) and (2) are correct.
(3) Both carbons are tetrahedral. The oxygen is bent.
(4) C-H bonds can be considered non polar covalent so I'd mark that part of your answer as correct (although they do show some degree of polarity). The O-H bond is polar covalent.
(5) Ethanol is a polar molecule. It isn't considered both polar and non polar, so this answer is incorrect.
A molecule can be either polar or non polar, not both. It can have polar parts and non polar parts, but as a whole we need to assign one or the other adjectives.
(6) Ethanol does not have resonance structures. As for isomers, it depends on what type of isomers to which you refer. Diethyl ether is an isomer (functional isomer), but as for optical isomers, or others, I think not.
