This just means 2 2/3 divided by 1/3
First you need to change 2 2/3 into an improper fraction so it would be 8/3
Now we have
(8/3) / (1/3)
we need do the reciprocal of the second fraction and multiple
(8/3)* (3/1)
now we can multiple straight across
(8/3)* (3/1) = 24/3 =8
So 8 times of 1/3 goes into 2 2/3.
