First of all, I would use a graphing calculator to graph the equation so that you get some approximate answers.

Then sin(3πx) = .8

3πx = arcsin .8 = .927295

This will get you the first solution. The others you should be able to get from the periodicity of the sin function.

5sin(π3x)=4 

I think this is a power. So: 5sin(π^3*x)=4; or is this 5sin(π^(3x))=4.
