In general, I do recommend drawing such problems on graph paper.
Plot the specified points, and draw the two triangles ABC and A'B'C'. It's usually much easier to look at your graph to see what kind of transformation it is.
However, the points are quite similar, so there may be a shortcut.
Looking at the point transformations y - > y, it is unchanged. While x -> -x. The transformation is therefore reflection in the y axis.
