What is P( 𝝅 - 𝜽)?

If -1/3 is the x - coordinate of the trigonometric point of an angle,𝜽, then what is P( 𝝅 - 𝜽)?

Your question gives insufficient information. By point do you mean vertex? Presumably P represents a function. What function?

P represents the position of the trigonometric point when the angle 𝜽 is shifted to (𝝅 - 𝜽).

When you say -1/3 is the x co-ordinate of a point, that point can be anywhere on the line x=-1/3, i.e. the y co-ordinate can be any real value. You have not given any indication of the relationship between theta and point, nor have you indicated whether the point is the vertex of the angle. Still lots of missing information.
