m Angle DEF = m angle GEF = (1/2) m angle GED

1. m angle FEG = (1/2) * 88 = 44
2. m angle FED = (12) m GED, i.e. m GED = 54
3. 3x+1 = (12/)(5x + 19) => 6x+2 = 5x+19 ...you figure x
4. 6x-7 = 2x + 41 ... you figure x and then double it to get m angle DEG.

1. EF is the angle bisector so it cuts angle DEG into two. So DEF and FEG have the same number of degrees. So FEG is half of DEG, so 44
2. Obviously if FED is 27, FEG is also, so GED is 54
3. DEF is half DEG so 3x+1 = 0.5 (5x+19). Solve for x
4. FEG and FED are the same. So 6x - 7 = 2x + 41. Solve for x, then substitute back to find DEG (find FEG then double it)
5.
