Standard solution, working out concentration

Question

So I have made a standard solution ''stock'' solution of 13mg/ml.

I dilute this solution using 0.1ml stock and 0.9 distilled water.

Is my V1= 0.1ml C1=13mg/ml V2=1ml and therefore C2=1.3mg/ml?

Not sure exactly what you are referring to when you use V1, V2, C1 and C2. I'm assuming these are volumes and concentrations, but not sure why you need the volumes. You are correct that the concentration in the diluted sample will be 1.3 mg/ml. If you then dilute that the same way (0.1 ml + 0.9 ml), the concentration (C3) will be 0.13 mg/ml, and so on.
