Not sure exactly what you are referring to when you use V1, V2, C1 and C2. I'm assuming these are volumes and concentrations, but not sure why you need the volumes. You are correct that the concentration in the diluted sample will be 1.3 mg/ml. If you then dilute that the same way (0.1 ml + 0.9 ml), the concentration (C3) will be 0.13 mg/ml, and so on.
