The length of the diameter is the distance between the two endpoints.
Distance = sqrt [ (x2-x1)^2 + (y2-y1)^2 ]
(-3,2) means x1 = -3, y1 = 2
(3, -2) means x2 = 3, y2 = -2
Use these in the distance formula: sqrt[ (3 -(-3))^2 + (-2-2)^2 ]
sqrt[ (3+3)^2 + (-4)^2 ] = sqrt[ 9^2 + (-4)^2 ] = sqrt[ 81 + 16 ] = sqrt(97) = diameter
